Rooms cleaned every day to a good standard. No lift installed so if you are disabled it would be difficult for you to climb the stairs.
For the price range, this is a fantastic hotel. The room was spotlessly clean amd very quiet. The location is great: walking distance inti Rugby, maybe 15 minutes off the M1, with ample parking. I highly recommend it.
Nice and well equipped clean room. Friendly reception. Although the room was somewhat dated, it was very apparent that a lot of pride was placed in cleanliness.
This is a great hotel, very good price and close to Rugby town centre. Dennis is friendly and will helpful. I stay here for work, but would also bring the family.
Met on arrival by Dennis a very cheerful and helpful proprietor . Dennis helped us to our room with our luggage . The hotel is centrally located so that the town and all its amenities is within walking distance . Ampl free lit car parking at the rear with a nice garden area to sit in to chat or have coffee . The hotel is very quiet with absolutely no noise inside the hotel . The only downside is the main road outside but overall , we were well satisfied by the standard of the room and customer service . Thank you ! We will be back .
This is an amazing place to stay. Rooms are spotless and clean. Comfy bed, plenty of hangers, a hair dryer, shower gel and a plastic cup in the bathroom for washing teeth out. Tea/Coffee is also provided in the room. Staff are absolutely brilliant and are so friendly and helped me with what I needed. The breakfast was amazing as well. Deffo will be staying again! Thank you!
Stayed on 28th May 24. Hotel was spotless clean. Room was lovely. clean nicely decorated. Breakfast hot and tasty.Service was very friendly and helpful.Lots of stairs though to the rooms we had so maybe not for people with mobility problems. I didn't see the downstairs rooms. Small bar area which was lovely. Would definitely use this Hotel again.
Highly recommend. Nice price range. I chose the cheapest option, it meet all my expectations. But I have to mention the staff! Quick check in and out. I had a little request and got superb help.
